In a commercial space the facade is not just an envelope: it is what decides whether someone walks in. We treat the relationship between the frontage, the signage and the interior route as a single problem, not as separate layers.
Adapting existing spaces
Many of these commissions start from an existing space, with structural and service constraints that cannot be moved. The initial survey defines what is negotiable and what is not before drawing the first proposal.
Hospitality and public facilities
We have also worked on hospitality and public-use facilities, where circulation, occupancy and regulations shape the floor plan as much as the client's brief.
