Making the most of the site without losing livability
In multi-family housing the equation is always the same: get the most sellable units without leaving apartments dark, poorly ventilated or full of wasted circulation. That balance is resolved in schematic design, not afterwards.
Documentation to build and to sell
We deliver complete construction documents covering architecture, structure and sanitary and electrical services, coordinated in BIM. When the commission calls for it, we also prepare unit-type material for sales.
Remodeling existing housing
We also work on existing buildings: redistributing rooms, updating services and renewing finishes, starting from a survey of what is already there.
