Reactivo Arquitectura y Construcción is a studio based in Cusco, Peru, founded in 2019 by architects Edson A. Medina Carpio (CAP 29932) and Diego E. Córdova Delgado (CAP 30124), graduates of the Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco. With over 6 years of experience, the studio has developed more than 20 projects across the Cusco region, combining contemporary design with Andean identity. We use BIM methodology at every stage, from the initial design through construction supervision.
We work mainly in the Sacred Valley and its surroundings: Pisac, San Salvador, Chinchero, Urubamba, Calca, Huasao, and the city of Cusco. Our projects integrate the materials and landscape of each site, with functional solutions tailored to each client.
We design from the initial site survey through the full executive project, including architectural, structural, and plumbing and electrical drawings. We work in BIM for greater precision and coordination.
We execute our own projects with direct supervision from the founding architects. We coordinate with local material suppliers and skilled labor across the Cusco region.
The studio's main specialty. We design country houses that combine Andean materials (stone, wood, adobe, Venetian stucco) with contemporary massing. Projects between 80 and 300 m² across the Sacred Valley and surrounding areas.
Tourist accommodation projects: glamping, lodges, cabins, and tiny houses for tourism operators in the Cusco region. Designs focused on the guest experience and integration with the natural surroundings.
Design and construction of multifamily buildings in the city of Cusco and its growth areas. Projects from 4 to 8 stories with apartments from 60 to 150 m².
Design of commercial spaces, offices, and mixed-use projects in Cusco. Includes interior design, facade work, and retrofitting of existing spaces.
Full interior design: material selection, finishes, color palette, and furniture specification. Available as a service integrated into the architectural project or on its own.
